Chalet Picoso is a newly renovated property, located in the heart of the Chamonix Valley in a peaceful and beautiful area called Les Grassonets.
This 4-bedroom chalet offers a wonderful French rustic Alpine design and a warm, colourful decor.
It is equipped with high-quality technical features and all four bedrooms are well finished with TVs, studies and ensuite bathrooms.
A very cosy TV-area with fireplace and large sofas provide a wonderful space for complete relaxation and cosy evenings with family and friends.
The spacious sauna area is another brilliant addition to Chalet Picoso, and the grand finale is a heated swimming pool, functional year around and surrounded by a large sun deck, which is accessed from the living-room.
The sun deck spills out to the garden and the setting is just wonderful, with views across the valley to the Aiguille du Midi with an enchanted surrounding forestry hills and snow-capped mountains.
Chalet Picoso is a charming property, full or character, with a heavenly location, providing all you need for a highly comfortable alpine getaway, no matter the time of the year.
Picoso has been welcoming Chalet Owners guests since 2022.
