With its 90m2/970 sq ft of living space on 2 levels, IKAMIUT chalet is a celebration of tranquility and romance.

From the exterior, this little comforting nest beckons you inside. Its shingle roof overhangs a light-coloured plaster finish enhanced with chestnut logs and a more traditional dark wood cladding for the other part. A delicate and unusual architectural pairing.

Inside, all the secrets of a luxurious fresh take on an Alpine mazot (rustic farmhouse) are revealed. This muted, voluptuous treasure is full of meaning. Noble coverings, select furnishings and cheeky knick-knacks create a gentle connection with the 1950s. Like a padded box, the living room preciously wraps you in its intimate and cosy atmosphere. The kitchen, which opens onto the dining room, is just as delightful.

The whole is a testimony to a unique style: sumptuously laid parquet flooring, velvety tapestries and tartans, forest curtains, shimmering wallpapers... Bathed in light and full of warm frivolities, IKAMIUT is full of bridges between past, present and future.

Situated at 1,550m of altitude, Le Hameau de Marcandou enjoys the tranquility and facilities of Courchevel Village, yet with a rapid and direct access to Courchevel 1850 and to the whole 3 Vallées ski area.

Chalet is located in Courchevel Village at 290 meters from the resort centre and at 400 meters from the Snow front.

Private shuttle: access to Courchevel village ski lifts (possible extension to Courchevel 1850 at additional cost).
