Accessible by private elevator – which also features access to the ski runs – this 200m² penthouse apartment invites you into a world of luxury, comfort and refinement. To enjoy the panoramic view of the resort and the slopes, all rooms have balconies.
Nothing has been overlooked; the décor features shimmering draperies, with a plethora of cushions and hand painted woodwork.The large bay windows on both sides of the fireplace in the spacious living room allow the light in and access to the balcony. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast nook and access to a separate dining room.
Continuing on from the kitchen is a fully equipped laundry basin with a service entrance.
In the evening, the three large bedrooms are totally independent and open on to large balconies.
Each has its own dressing area and their baths. Two bedrooms have a shower-hammam system.
Obviously, modern comfort is present, with flat-screen TVs in all the rooms, free Wi-Fi and access to the Loze hotel services : concierge, housekeeper, breakfast and access to the relaxation area (sauna and hammam) …
After having renovated and redecorated the 3 bedrooms of the apartment in 2013, it was time to offer a new youth to the living room and the dining room in December 2019. Stéphanie Fenestraz and Bernard Burlot really wanted to redesign the floor plan to offer many “cocooning” spaces to our guests.
Le Refuge has been welcoming Chalet Owners guests since 2022.
