Shining like three cut black diamonds, naturally integrated into a harmony with the Paznaun, three mountain villas were built. The Villas define the new standards of exclusive contemporary alpine living. The combination of an authentic sense of the pure nature of the Austrian Alps and exceptional luxury settings creates a unique atmosphere that makes an unforgettable memory from each visit.

Combining the best modern construction technology and the traditional roof shape of the old chalets with their dark wood design makes the Paznauner Villen a fantastic contemporary reminder of how the old Tyrollean chalets used to look.

The roofs imitate the mountain silhouette on the opposite side of the valley. The black wood harmonizes naturally with the deep forest, and the structure of the buildings is in ideal balance with its natural environment.

The interior decoration and fitting have been carefully selected with the latest inspiration of contemporary flair, designed and produced exclusively to fit the villas perfectly.

To create a unique atmosphere of relaxation and positive energy, we focused our design and material processing based on tradition and innovation. The villas are all equipped with the highest standard of modern furniture and facilities. The simplicity in design is perfectly harmonized with cozy, alpine-inspired features.

The mountain villas have an exceptional layout concept that separates the living from the sleeping area. Each villa is set over two floors, linked by stairs.

The main entrance of each villa leads you to the second floor where you will find an elegant dining room and a beautifully furnished and spacious living area. You will enjoy the comfort of custom-made Italian leather sofa in the living area with high wood ceilings. Overlooking the living room is the open-plan wooden black kitchen with Miele and Bora appliances. Whether it is putting your feet up or sipping on champagne in the high-end kitchen area, the living space in each villa will allow you to relax in stylish contemporary alpine fashion.

The glass walls open onto the balcony and allow you to enjoy a breathtaking panorama over the mountains and let you feel connected with the Alpine nature. Outdoor seating makes the balcony an attractive option for sundowners. The splendid view can also be enjoyed from a bathroom that includes a free-standing bathtub, overlooking the peaks of the Alps directly.

Ascending the stairs to the first floor you will find yourself on the sleeping floor of the chalet. Three double-bedrooms offer their own private en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in raining shower. All bedrooms benefit from floor-to-ceiling windows, with curtains and lighting system offering spectacular day and night ambience. Each designed bedroom offers a direct access to private terraces.

In the private wine cellar you can enjoy a wide selection of famous wines and champagnes, with a collecton of the best that Italy, France, Austria and Switzerland have to offer. A glass of wine can also be enyjoyed on the terrace next to the design-outdoor fireplace or inside your own privacy in the chalet.

Experience a tase of pure serenity in your private wellness. Enjoy the wellness luxury in beautifully designed Finnish and Herbal saunas, or take a deep breath in the relaxation area overlooking the outdoor swimmig pool and charming meadow with old Tyrolean wooden Chalets at the other side of the valley. In the heated outdoor infinity pool with a steady temperature of 33 degrees, you will immerse yourself to pure relaxation. The swimming pool features a bubbling bench from which you can be overlooking the Alps and enjoying the unique architecture of Paznauner Villen.

Enjoy refined outside relaxation areas and take in the immense views of Paznaun Valley from the comfort of your luxury property. The garden intergrates perfectly with the hill thanks to a balanced interaction between terraces, rocks and plants embellishing the whole area of the villas.

In Paznaun Valley you can enjoy breathtaking mountain scenery with the clearest mountain air. Besides the Silvretta Arena Ischgl/Samnau, you can ski in See, Kappl, and Galtür. These smaller ski resorts, each respectively providing about 42km of ski slopes, offer perfect ski conditions and splendid views over the valley. In Paznaun Valley, the emphasis is put on coziness and fine regional food - for years it has belonged to one of Austria‘s gourmet regions. In each of the small villages you will find cozy restaurants with a variety of local food and aprés ski bars.

At the entrance of the Paznaun Valley, you are immediately welcomed by the idyllic village of See. From the village, the mountain lifts take snow fans directly to the family‘s own ski area, which reaches up to the 2,456-meter-high Medrigkopf. Other special attractions include the night ski run, the 6-kilometer-long, lighted natural toboggan run or the natural ice rink in See. In the village, guests will also find après-ski bars.

In summer, see offers hiking enthusiasts a wide selection of trails - for example, to the waterfall of Istalanzbach or to the many quaint chapels located high on the mountainsides. Discover the diverse hiking regions, where numerous alpine cottages equipped with refreshment facilities take care of your physical well-being. An outdoor wellness and Kneipp park awaits you at the Medrigalm.

Gourmets also get their money‘s worth: numerous award-winning chefs of the region cook for hiking guests at the various mountain huts.

IschglIn addition to fantastic snow-sure ski slopes, the world-famous ski resort of Ischgl offers numerous entertainment options. The nightlife is unbeatable. Justifiably, Ischgl is often labelled the „Ibiza of the Alps,“ a place where the nightlife already begins on the slopes.

In the town you will find first-class restaurants ranging from local to international cuisine. In addition, from December 2022, you can relax in the new spa, go shopping, or partake in many other indoor and outdoor sports activities. Every year Ischgl hosts a renowned mountain music festival with many famous stars from all over the world.

Activities Ischgl and the neighbouring villages offer various activities during the winter as well as the summer season. Besides skiing and snowboarding, you can enjoy snowshoeing on hiking trails through the untouched mountains. The ski resorts of See and Kappl are the perfect place for alpine ski or snowshoeing high up on the mountains. In addition to a six-kilometer natural toboggan run, See also offers a natural ice rink for ice skating or curling. Between Galtür and Ischgl you will find about 70km of cross-country trails. Among other recommended activities are horse-drawn sleigh rides through the winter wonderland and skyfly ziplining above the slopes of Ischgl. The park stays open also in summer.

The Paznaun is also worth a visit during the summer season. Hiking through the untouched nature provides the perfect opportunity to relax and recharged one‘s energy. Numerous rustic mountain chalets and alpine farms provide refreshments and invite you to pause for a while. In the Silvretta Arena, you can enjoy mountain biking on the most challenging trails up on the mountains, or jump into the refreshing water of mountain lakes. Another place worth visiting is Silvretta Park, with its turqouise lake.
