Artfully designed with selected handicrafts; an alpine Chalet with a modern interior décor twist: The exclusive chalet Arla can host up to 10 guests with its sizeable 600 m² square meters. There are 3 uniquely deluxe furnished units, each with private bathrooms, a spacious open living and dining area, some open fireplaces and several terraces providing spectacular views of Lech.

For our guests' entertainment, a fully equipped party room with a top notch multimedia system, bar, private cinema, pinball machine and dart board is at your beck and call. Additionally, the Arla Luxury Residence offers two private spa zones, including a sauna, steam bath, multi-functional Yoga room, resting areas and two ski rooms.

Looking for flexibility, discretion and masterly culinary experiences? An extensive breakfast, 24 hour concierge service and numerous culinary options are available either in the Arla Luxury Home or in the adjacent 5 star Hotel Aurelio.

Located directly at the Schlegelkopf ski slope, Arla Luxury Home provides units for groups between 2 and 12/14 guests and consists of:
- 2 bedrooms (app. 30m2) with private terraces and en-suite bathrooms with shower & bathtub,
- 1-bedroom suite (70m2) with en-suite bathtub with an adorable view, bathroom, living area including a
kitchenette and open fireplace as well as a balcony,
- 2-bedroom suite (70m2) with en-suite bathrooms (one shower, one bathtub), including a shared living
area with kitchenette and balcony,
- spacious living and dining area with fireplace (63m2) and two cosy terraces,
- two spa areas featuring two saunas, two steam baths and calming relaxing areas,
- party room with table football, pinball, state-of-the-art multimedia systems, private cinema /
entertainment room.
- 2 ski storage rooms (app. 10m2 each).

The above-mentioned rate is quoted for the exclusive rental of Arla Luxury Home and is based on accommodation including breakfast, welcome drink, host & concierge available 24/7, daily housekeeping, chauffeur service in Lech and Zürs, WIFI, luxury toiletries, VAT and local taxes.

The following services can be purchased at additional cost: private laundry service, selected wines from the chalet cellar, airport transfers, helicopter transfers, childcare, massage & beauty treatments, equipment hire, lift passes, ski lessons, mountain guide, yoga instructor, party planning, private chef, private butler, and many other non-ski activities.

The chalet is located directly on the Schlegelkopf ski slope.
