This stunning chalet is a clever blend of the traditional local architecture and contemporary design. Luxurious fittings and plush furnishings create an elegant and sophisticated setting to ensure maximum relaxation.

überHaus is located at the very edge of the piste occupying one of Lech's most sought after address's with true ski-in and ski-out access. The chalet can be accessed by vehicle throughout the season, atypical in the Oberlech area.

Boasting a spacious master suite, two family suites, and a further two double bedrooms (all en-suite) the chalet sleeps a total of ten adults. The chalet’s sumptuous relaxation area and spa is equipped with an outdoor hot tub, sauna, Hammam, fitness area, massage room, snooker room, bar, library, and a cinema.

You enter the chalet on the ground floor into the hallway where the warmth from the open fireplace is truly welcoming. There are two family suites and a further double bedroom also located on this floor. All the bedrooms are beautifully furnished and have the latest audio visual equipment.

The first of the family suites has a double bedroom and a separate children’s room with two sets of bunks sleeping four children. This suite has a large bathroom with shower and bath. The second family suite has a double bedroom and a children’s bunk in the alcove, where the top bunk bed can be folded away to make a seating area. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room and access to the terrace and the outdoor hot tub. The additional double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. A guest toilet is also located on this floor and the garage is accessed from this level.

The large outdoor hot tub is perfectly positioned on the extensive terrace, right on the edge of the piste, and has uninterrupted views of the surrounding mountains.

Making your way downstairs to the lower ground floor, you will find the ski room, wine cave as well the spa and entertainment areas. The staircase opens into the large bar area with full size snooker table, TV and snug area. The extensive bar overlooks the whole floor creating the perfect setting to relax and socialise in.

The wonderful sauna, hammam and massage area is also located on this floor as well as the well-equipped gym. There is also a private staff office (note that staff live out).

The first floor of the chalet is given over entirely to the grand living and dining areas. During the day light floods in through the floor to ceiling windows which open out onto the extensive terrace. In the evening, the roaring fire and sensitive lighting creates a wonderful ambience.

The main living area is adorned with beautiful fabrics and furnishings. A large fireplace separates the living and dining area with the sophisticated dining room sitting up to 16 people. It is the ultimate space to entertain guests who can choose from a selection of fine wines from the chalets own cellar. The well-equipped professional kitchen can either be left open to the dining room or closed off by sliding doors to ensure maximum privacy.

The top floor of the chalet has been transformed the main master suite and a further en-suite double bedroom. The master suite boasts its own living area and dressing room, private balcony as well as a beautiful bathroom with roll-top bath and a separate shower. The views from this suite are spectacular.

Also on this floor is a further double bedroom with fireplace and en-suite bathroom.

Additional children beds are available on request.

UberHaus is perched on the mountainside in the exclusive enclave of Oberlech. Whilst remaining close to the glamorous restaurants, bars and shopping in the centre of Lech, UberHaus is ski in/ski out and it's elevated position ensure breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks.

The centre of Oberlech is a short stroll from the chalet. The centre of Lech village and all of its amenities are merely a three minute drive from the property. The property is ski in/ski out above the Schlosskopf lift.
