This prestigious 450m2 chalet is located in the heart of Megève, a stone's throw from the town center and close to the ski slopes. Furnished with great taste, it represents a perfect marriage between modernity and noble material. With its panoramic view of the Jaillet and the garden, this unique place in Megève is the ideal destination for activities and pleasure.
The chalet has 3 floors. Lower ground: A master bedroom with a terrace giving access to a hot tub. Cinema room, gym, ski room with a room to wash and maintain your equipment, sauna , massage room, garage. There are 4 further parking spaces outside the chalet.
Ground floor: A vast living room separated in to two partitions; a drawing room and dining area with magnificent views of Megève, and the second partition providing a cozy sofa area with central fireplace and TV corner. Furthermore, there is an open kitchen that can be privatised with all the necessary equipment for a private chef or a cocktail dinner. The second master suite is also located on this floor and benefits from a large walk-in closet.
Upper floor: Three beautiful double beds. There is also a library corner overlooking the whole living area.
Villa Eraldo has been welcoming Chalet Owners guests since 2021.
