Chalet d'Élé (Guisane) is located in the village of La Salle-les-Alpes (1400 m above sea level) in Serre-Chevalier, near Briançon, the highest town in Europe, listed as a world heritage site by UNESCO.

The chalet, built in 2023 by Chalets Bayrou, is entirely clad in larch wood and stone. It was decorated by the Atelier des Frères. The photographs exhibited there are the work of Claude Gassian*. With a surface area of 400m2 (4 bedrooms and 1 dormitory), it is divided into four levels:
