Chalet Fabiola is named after Belgium’s Queen Fabiola. Fabiola was born into a noble Spanish family and married the Belgian king, Baudouin, in 1960. Aside from being an extremely popular figure, she also gradually became the ultimate symbol of friendship between Belgium and Spain over the years. And that’s why the name ‘Chalet Fabiola’ is the perfect fit for this stunning complex: Chalet Fabiola was formed out of a friendship between several Belgian and Spanish investors. Of course, the name also alludes to the style and elegance Queen Fabiola exuded.

Backed by his years of experience at starred restaurants, he has developed a cooking style that is expressed in a broad range of dishes. Our Chalet Chef can cook at all levels and in all styles: from simple but delicious Austrian classics to a world-class three-course dinner. Whatever it is you fancy, the food at Chalet Fabiola never fails to impress.

A sublime weekly menu that takes into account all your wishes will be drawn up before you arrive. Depending on the apartment you’re staying in, you can choose a breakfast only formula or a 3/4 board formula. Our Chalet Chef will gladly accommodate for any food allergies or dietary restrictions, and of course, vegetarian, vegan and lactose-free dishes are not a problem either.
