This exquisite chalet sits in the heart of the village of Saint Martin de Belleville; with a spacious layout, modern architectural design and beautiful furnishings, this chalet has it all.

Set across 4 floors with spectacular valley and mountain views from the top floor living areas and nestled within the charming streets of the village – this chalet has the wow factor at every turn.

There are four spacious, light, modern en-suite bedrooms and an additional large four-person bunk room providing space for up to 12 guests. Decorated with neutral tones, warm old wood and local Arpin soft furnishings the rooms provide the perfect place to relax and unwind.

The expansive living spaces in this chalet are impressive in scale but still provide charm and cosiness. The open plan living area enjoys spectacular valley views and is divided from the dining and kitchen area with an impressive 4-sided glass fireplace. In addition, there is a TV snug offering the perfect space to curl up in and watch a film or play a board game.

The living area has high beamed ceilings with warm wood tones and is framed by a spectacular glass picture window that fills one side of the chalet and has breathtaking views down the valley. This leads out onto a balcony so you can really take in the views and the fresh air. Furnished in a modern style with a palette of neutrals and texture this living space feels like the cover of an interior’s magazine.

Centred in the middle of the room is a four-sided glass fireplace creating a focal point in the evenings and allowing the whole room to enjoy the warmth and allure of the fire.

Sitting on the other side of the fireplace is the dining room, with ample room for 12, the bespoke wooden table sits in front of sliding doors to another balcony with views through the village and to the local mountain La Cochet.

The wood tones, charcoal and white walls and stone floors creating an elegant dining experience elevated with stoneware crockery, antique objet and subtle lighting throughout.

The expansive designer kitchen sits adjacent to the dining area and enjoys a spectacular island with a breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen creates the perfect space for your chef to create indulgent dining throughout your stay.

Dark charcoal cabinetry, warm woods and recessed lighting all add to the ambience.

The TV cinema room on the first floor provides wrap-around seating and a cosy setting. A large built-in corner sofa is furnished with boucle cushions and the on-wall smart TV means your watching choices are endless.

This room also makes a great space for the kids and teens to hang out.

On the lower ground floor, you will find the relaxation space with traditional farmhouse wine cellar vaulted curved ceilings and a bespoke sauna.

In addition, there is ample room for a massage table so that you can indulge yourself in an in-chalet massages or lay down the yoga mats for a pilates or yoga session.

Located just outside the front door, on the terrace, the separate boot room keeps all your equipment warm and dry and easy to access when you prepare for the slopes. Heated boot warmers and plenty of seating make getting ready for the day an effortless process.

Inside the chalet as you first enter is a large hallway which provides lots of space and storage for jackets, ski clothes, helmets and even a special heated cupboard for drying your socks!

Nestled in the heart of the village this chalet enjoys a large terrace with landscaping on the ground floor, balconies from bedrooms 1 and 2 on the first floor and then additional balconies off both the living area and dining area on the second floor.

This chalet is available on a fully catered, serviced self-catered and pure self-catered package.

On catered basis a breakfast will be offered with a wide selection of cereals and porridge, fresh fruit salad, organic fruit juices, yoghurts, local artisan breads and freshly baked croissants. On 5 mornings of your holiday (our chef and host will have two days off) we offer a cooked daily special such as bacon and eggs, American style pancakes with crispy bacon and maple syrup, Eggs Benedict or scrambled eggs with smoked salmon – these cooked options can be tailored to your preferences.

On your return from skiing each day you will find our mouthwatering afternoon tea set up for you in the dining area, with freshly baked cakes, breads and jams, teas, coffee and hot chocolate.

Your evening will start with a choice of canapés and aperitifs around the fire before dinner. We are passionate about using the freshest locally-sourced seasonal ingredients in all our dishes and our evening menus are designed to be beautifully balanced whilst delivering great flavours.

Our food is not over complicated and our ethos is to prepare stunningly presented and truly mouth-watering dishes. A selection of local French cheeses is always offered after dinner, followed by coffee and petit fours. Your dinner will be accompanied by a great selection of carefully selected premium wines.

The chalet sits in the heart of the village of Saint Martin de Belleville. It’s central village location (only 100m walk to the village high street and ski lifts) is fantastic.
