A stunningly secluded location right in the centre of the main village, Kilco is a double height penthouse with dual aspect balconies north and south. A spectacular open plan living space, private swimming pool, a moroccan hammam and underground parking. Just 100m to the main Bellevarde and Solaise ski lifts.

Kilco Penthouse is a unique property in Val d’Isère and you will be wowed from the moment you enter. Featuring huge reclaimed wood beams and sweeping views this property is simply fabulous. Enter the penthouse by a lift with a private key that opens direct into your property. The huge double height windows that draw in the mountains that surround the village. Large terraces are situated on both the north and south facing aspects of the penthouse. The entrance level features a large open plan living and dining space with a centrally located fireplace and an antique wood dining table. The furnishings are soft and playful and have a contemporary feel with a nod to traditional mountain properties. Oversized lamps and bespoke art commissions feature throughout this floor and compliment the wooden interior.

Four private bedrooms spread from the central living space each with open plan bathrooms, bespoke furniture and high roofs which create harmonious spaces in which to relax. An open stairwell leads up to the upper level and a cute bedroom above the main living space with its own bathroom can be configured as a king or a twin room. Taking the elevator down to the basement level you will find your private swimming pool with flow system. The pool has windows deeply piled with snow through most of the winter creating a wonderful place to relax after your day on the mountain, the area also has a Moroccan tiled hammam. There is a covered car parking space which is included with the penthouse, a rarity in the centre of the main village.

Kilco has been welcoming Chalet Owners guests since 2015.

The chalet is fully serviced. Our professional chefs are some of the finest in the industry and many have a background of delivering to the highest standards on super-yachts and michelin starred restaurants. They will contact you before arrival to discuss your menus for the week. We also have an inhouse host who provides an exceptional concierge service and housekeeping to help you with the booking of ski tuition, guides, equipment or help with restaurant reservations.

The chalet comes with access to our 4x4 Landrover driving service and chauffeur, who also doubles as our go to person for snow and weather updates and lift openings.
