The living room has a sitting area with a television and a central fireplace plus a fully equipped kitchen. Two furnished terraces completes the space with an outdoor hot tub. This penthouse has also a private lift, a wine cellar, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, all the necessary household appliances such as a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, etc. The little extra: a cinema room and private wellness area with pool, steam room, sauna, and hot tub inside the penthouse!
