Laineux is a modern penthouse apartment, conveniently located just a short walk from all the local facilities, amenities and lift station.

This modern, penthouse apartment enjoys peace and quiet that you would never expect from such a centrally located property. The Laineux offers guests a cosy, comfortable accommodation choice, sleeping a maximum of 10 people, ideally 8.

There are 5 bedrooms in total, which vary in size, with 2 x larger rooms on the lower floor, complete with en-suite/private bathroom facilities. Upstairs, the 3 x bedrooms are slightly smaller with sloping ceilings, so head-height is restricted. The upstairs mezzanine provides a “snug” area, ideal for kids.

Laineux is spread across two floors, with 2 x double bedrooms on the lower floor. Located on the upper floor is a twin bedroom, with its own shower room, and one double bedroom and one twin bedroom which share a bathroom. Please note: The upstairs has restricted head-height.

After skiing, you may well want to relax weary ski legs in the shared swimming pool or sauna before taking in the breath-taking views from the south facing balcony… the choice is yours.

Laineux has been welcoming Chalet Owners guests since 2015.

Your personal chef and chalet host will be on hand to provide everything you may need during your stay in Verbier, including; Cooked breakfast 5 mornings a week, with continental breakfast served 2 mornings. Afternoon tea, pre-dinner drinks and canapes served 5 days a week. 3-course evening meals served on 5 evenings, with fabulous wines paired with your evening meals. Our concierge service is also available to arrange any extras you may wish, such as ski lessons, restaurant reservations, massages, childcare and much more.
